A senior corporate lawyer, Mr. Paul Ratnayeke is the precedent partner of Paul Ratnayeke Associates, a leading law firm in Sri Lanka which was established in 1987. While the firm undertakes legal consultancy work, it also deals with all aspects of the legal arena. At Paul Ratnayeke Associates, he specializes in corporate and commercial areas of law including mergers and acquisitions, aviation, insurance and maritime law. Currently, he holds directorships in several companies of which, eight are public quoted companies. Mr. Paul Ratnayeke was also elected/appointed as Chairman/Deputy Chairman to several of these companies. Mr. Ratnayeke is a solicitor of England and Wales and an Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. He has been awarded a Master Degree in Law by the University of London.

Managing Director / Chairman of Asia Capital PLC - Mr. Manohan Nanayakkara sits on the boards of all associate and subsidiary companies of Asia Capital PLC. Mr. Nanayakkara was the former Chief Operating Officer/Director of Asian Hotels and Properties Limited, which was known popularly as Crescat, as well as the former General Manager of the Bureau for Infrastructure Investment(BII). He has acted as the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of CF Venture Fund and is a Director of Pradana Limited, an investment management company.

Among Mr. Nanayakkara's exceptional career highlights has been in the position of a project specialist who designed and managed the Capital Market Project of USAID which aided the privatisation and establishment of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) and the development of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

Mr. Nanayakkara holds the following academic qualifications and experience-

• Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) from James Madison University of Virginia, USA
• Masters in Applied Finance (MAF) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Queensland University of Technology, Queensland, Australia.

Mr. D.A.S. Abeyesinhe is the Acting Group Chief Executive Officer for Asia Capital PLC and also serves on the boards of Asia Capital PLC, Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd., Asia Asset Finance Ltd., Asia Capital Technologies(Pvt) Ltd., Asia Leisure Holdings (Pvt) Ltd., Asia Leisure (Pvt) Ltd., Asia Digital Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd., Asia Tea Packaging (Pvt) Ltd. and Asia Wealth Management Company (Pvt) Ltd.

He pursued his higher studies in both the United States and the United Kingdom after which he worked in financial markets in London. On his return to Sri Lanka he joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Pradana Ltd., a boutique investment firm prior to joining Asia Capital PLC in June 2009.

Mr. Marikar has a career that spans over 25 years in the fields of Financial Services, Aviation and Logistics of which 13 years were spent in the Stock Brokering Industry. Mr. Marikar currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd and was appointed to the Board in July 2006. He has held directorates in several high ranking organizations of which 8 1/2 years were spent in the capacity as a Chief Executive Officer.

With over 28 years worth of experience in the Stock Brokering industry, Mr. Wijekoon was appointed to the Board in 2004. Considered as a veteran in the industry Mr. Wijekoon is a multi talented personality with an impressive track record that speaks volumes for the wealth of experience he brings to Asia Securities.

Mr. Hedigallage has a strong grounding of over 21 years experience in the Stock Brokering Industry. Of those years 13 were spent at Bartleet Mallory Stock Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. He was appointed as a Director of Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd in October 2011.

Mr. Niyaz began his career in the Stock Broking Industry in 1991, and has progressed rapidly in his career that spans over 21 years. He was appointed as an Associate Director of Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd. in 2009 and obtained an International Capital Market Qualification (ICMQ) from London and completed his G.A.Q. at the University of Peradeniya. He was subsequently appointed as a Director of Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd in October 2011.

Mr. Subaulla began his career in the Stock Brokering Industry in 2000 and currently spearheads the Retail Trading and Branch Operations of Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd. He was appointed as a Director of Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd in October 2011.
